Delete your account

You can request deletion of your TuitionHub account and all associated data at any time, either from inside the app or by contacting us.

Delete from the app

  1. Open TuitionHub and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion.

Request by email

If you can't access the app, email shooquehq@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm ownership before proceeding. You can also reach us on WhatsApp at +94 77 726 3326.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your instructor profile — name, email, and login credentials
  • All batches, subjects, classrooms and teachers you created
  • All students on your rosters
  • All attendance marks
  • All payment records

Timeline & retention

Your data is permanently deleted within 30 days of the request. Backups containing the data are rotated out within the same period. We keep no personal data after deletion, except where a specific record must be retained to meet a legal obligation.
